親愛的XXX先生

It is my pleasure to invite you to co-chair the 2nd Taiwan-XXX Dialogue on September xx-yy, this year in Kaohsiung of southern Taiwan.

很榮幸邀請您共同主持今年9月xx-yy日在臺灣南部高雄所舉辦的第二屆XXX對話會議。

XX is one of Taiwan’s important economic partners in Asia. Both sides possess complementary advantages in trade, investment and industry which have produced win-win results through cooperation. Last year we held the 1st XXX Dialogue, a culmination of our join efforts over the past years.

XX是臺灣在亞洲重要的經濟夥伴之一，雙方擁有貿易、投資、產業方面互補的利益，經由合作彼此能產生雙贏的結果。去年我們舉辦第一屆XXX對話會議，達成了多年來我們共同努力的最高潮。

This Dialogue serves as a significant platform for our respective industry sectors to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation in the development of practical and feasible solutions to certain industrial issues. It also facilitates cooperation on initiatives that benefit both sides. I anticipate that through this Dialogue we will produce further fruitful results.

本對話會議扮演著兩國各自產業部門的一個重要平臺，對特定產業議題所尋求的實際與可行解決方案，可以經由本對話會議強化相互理解與合作。同時也能促進有利雙方方案的合作，我衷心期盼經由此對話會議，我們能獲致更進一步的成果。

In addition to the meeting, we will also arrange visits to some important industry players, which I hope participants will find interesting. I look forward to welcoming you and your colleagues in Taiwan soon. Until then, please accept my respects and highest regards.
