研究亞洲市場主要課程：臺灣

The Master’s Course for Experts in the Asia Market was held in the Business Training Institute of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Spain.

西班牙馬德里工商協會所設之企業訓練所，為研究亞洲市場專家們開辦一專門課程。

Among the attendants to this course were Spanish university students and businessmen interested in acquiring knowledge about Asia trade and cultural subjects. The course lasted 164 hours and covered the main Asian countries, including Taiwan.

眾多參與課程者為西班牙大學學生及企業人士，他們樂於獲取對亞洲貿易及文化主題的相關知識。課程總計164小時，涵蓋主要的亞洲國家包括臺灣。

On January 18 the Master’s program was on Taiwan and Hong Kong, so Mr. Jaime Ming-Shy Chen, Economic Director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Spain, participated as a speaker introducing the Taiwan Market.

1月18日的課程主要是討論台灣及香港，所以我駐西班牙代表處經濟組組長陳明師受邀擔任為主講人，介紹臺灣市場。

His presentation included different aspects about Taiwan economics, trade and investment relations between Spain and Taiwan and potential business opportunities for Spanish companies.

他的說明包括臺灣經濟各種不同面向，臺灣與西班牙之間的貿易及投資關係，以及對西班牙企業潛藏的商機。

He provided the attendants information about Spain-Taiwan trade indicators, such as the main export-import products and bilateral trade evolution in recent years, about the trade fairs that will take place in Taiwan this year and about leading Taiwan companies and export products.

他提供給與課成員有關西班牙與臺灣貿易指標資訊，例如主要出口、進口產品，近年來雙邊經貿關係之演變進化，還有預估本年將發生之貿易事項，以及臺灣主要企業與重要出口產品等等。

Mr. Chen also introduced the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), the Far Glory Air Cargo Park and Export Processing Zones in Taiwan, as well as an online exhibition of handicraft products from Taiwan and other countries.

陳組長亦介紹台灣的外貿協會 (TAITRA)、長榮空運園區、加工出口區，以及國內外手工藝品之線上展售專區。

The attendants seemed very impressed by the presentation and expressed admiration for Taiwan economic development and trade opportunities, with some of them showing interest in starting business relations with Taiwanese companies or in visiting Taiwan in the near future.

與課學員似乎對這場課程說明印象深刻，同時表達對臺灣經濟發展與貿易機會的欽羨，其中部份學員還表示不久即將與臺灣企業往來或拜訪臺灣的高度興趣。
